A family photoshoot is more than just a christmas card
When you take photos of your family with me, I want this experience of playing together to be a core memory for your family. I really imagine this as a lightly directed family date, with me documenting it for you to look back on.
We let your kids run wild, they're going to do that anyway, let's embrace it and run with them! Throw leaves, turn them upside down, whatever it is your family does to connect, we do that during your photoshoot.
So you can remember this season in all its chaotic beauty.
what to expect during your family shoot
-When you book family photo session with me, you get my FREE Prep Guide, which goes over everything you need to know about your family session, from how to prepare your kids, to outfit examples per season. I will also go over location options available at this season.
-I also am available to style you one-on-one, you can send me photos of items you already have, or I can send you links to items in your size and budget!
-On session day, I will direct you through every shot. We start with the "everyone looking at the camera" one, and then we start playing age-appropriate games! I really follow your kids' lead, so if they're super interested in picking up acorns or running around, I encourage you to join in. Each session is tailored to your family.
-1-2 weeks after your session, you will receive a professionally edited digital gallery where you can download your images and order heirloom artwork so your images can live in your home (where you babies can see them every day) and not just on your phones.

How much does a session cost?
Full sessions come with 50+ images, personal one-on-one styling from me, use of my Client Closet, and are €550.
What do I wear for my session?
I walk you through why I suggest certain colors, textures, and fabrics in my Prep Guide I send you. I can also help style you one-on-one based on the season and your location.
How long are your sessions? And what time of day do you shoot?
My sessions usually last 1-2 hours, I'm never watching the clock, but this is the average for a family session. I have preferred shooting times based on each location and time of year, which is why I take your schedule into account when I suggest locations, but I usually prefer to not shoot right at midday.
Are grandparents, large groups, or pets allowed?
Yes, yes, and yes! I don't care you you bring, if you want them in your photos, I want them there too! Bring a second family and split the time and the cost, I do not care. I just want you to end up with photos you love.
What do we do if it rains? What if we are sick?
If you need to reschedule for any reason, I will offer a make-up date and will try to work with you.
Do you travel to other cities in the Netherlands?
Yes! I frequently travel to Utrecht, Haarlem, The Hague, Leiden, and more! I do charge a reasonable travel fee depending on the distance and travel time.

Do you also do studio shoots?
Yes! A studio is a great option for many reasons, like Amsterdam weather, but this can be arranged.
