Wondering what a Bloemendaal beach maternity shoot would look like? This is one of my favorite spots because you really get two really amazing locations just steps away from each other. The sand dunes are so dreamy and compliment the beach images so well.

A Glowing Afternoon by the Sea

There’s something undeniably special about photographing maternity sessions at the beach, and Bloemendaal aan Zee offered the perfect stage. With the sun sitting just right and the wind tousling soft fabrics, this session was full of effortless magic. First, we strolled for about ten minutes into the sand dunes, until we found the perfect spot. The family brought so much joy and presence to the session. Their connection was gentle and steady, their excitement quietly radiant.

After this, we walked to the beach, where the temperature had dropped and the wind picked up. Their son was not happy in this weather so I offered to get some more family images of them together on a different day. Dad and son went to the car, while mom and I finished up with some solo portraits on the beach.
