Cherry Blossom Mini Sessions

My Cherry Blossom Mini Sessions are an economic way to capture your family under the once-a-year Cherry Blossoms. After months of the bitter Dutch winter, Cherry Blossom season is a breath of fresh air, literally.

Every year I offer Mini Photoshoots at select locations, usually revolving around a special bloom that doesn’t stick around for long. I do Cherry Blossom Mini Sessions and Tulip Minis in the Spring, Rose Garden Minis in the Summer, Autumn Minis in the (you guessed it) Fall, and Santa Minis in the Winter.

My Mini Sessions are twenty minutes long, come with your choice of 10 images out of the full gallery, and are €250. I also send out a Prep Guide to walk you through picking your outfits and preparing for your session, and I am available to style your family one-on-one.

Where do Mini Sessions Take Place?

Why I Do Mini Sessions

I offer Mini Sessions for two reasons. The first reason is to be able to serve all of my clients well. Some clients, instead of doing one big session each year, opt for several mini sessions. This is an especially good idea if you have a small children and want to watch them grow throughout the year.

The other reason I do mini sessions is to offer a more economic alternative to my full sessions. I am not the cheapest photographer out there (and the race to the bottom leaves everyone working less than minimum wage when you truly add up all the hours it takes to run this business). I’m not a shoot and burn photographer. I’m not the show-up-and-see-what-happens-photographer. I plan, I create, I style, and I dream of how your memories will look sixty years from now, sitting in the hands of your grandchildren.

I’m an artist. And this artist has big girl bills, and so I charge big girl prices. Except for Mini Sessions. I schedule these back to back on the same day, so everyone goes home thrilled!
